Flexible Case Management Services
 What is Flexible Case Management?
Flexible case management is an optional service that can
help a person decide what will work best for them. A
flexible case manager is a person who has been certified
by the Department of Human Services as someone who
understands the CDCS service and the process of
developing a person’s support plan. If a person feels they
need more professional help to develop their support plan,
they can use a flexible case manager to help them.
